ABOUT ME

Ramsey Native Focused on Empowering Citizens

I'm proud to have grown up in Ramsey. I graduated from PACT Charter School where I met my wife. We were married two years after high school and have chosen to raise our five children here in the city that I grew up in with the family values that we love. I joined the U.S. Army Reserves at age 17 and have served eight years as Military Police, three as Military Intelligence and I'm currently in my fourth year of service as a Psychological Operations Team Chief. I'm still serving and love the opportunity I was given to work for this country in the Armed Services. As a day job I recently served the Director of Security for the world's largest privately owned company, managing officers for Hennepin County. Two years ago I moved into a different field as the Director of Sales, working in Educational Technology supplying electronics to school districts around the United States. Last year our family moved back to this great city and I decided it was time to give back to the community that helped raise me.

I'm running for City Council because I believe Ramsey is positioned to grow and innovate in amazing ways, and passionate that we must protect what made Ramsey great to start with. The rugged individualism of our residents must be respected and we must grow and prosper for the people, not at the expense of them. We can do a lot of good, and by listening to the people of this great city we will.

Please consider me as your next City Council Member for Ward One and I promise to represent your interest with budgetary diligence, transparency and innovative ideas.
